Honestly, super happy with these guys. Hit up Fuse Hawai to install a split AC system and they got it done fast and clean.
Showed up on time (which is already rare lol), explained everything in simple way, no BS. Install looks really neat, like you can tell they actually care about the work, not just rush and leave.
AC works perfect, room cools down quick, no weird noises or anything. Price was fair too, didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I don’t need.
Overall just a really smooth experience. If you thinking about getting AC in Hawaii, def check them out 🤙
"Dennis is the absolute best! He is polite, incredibly helpful, and genuinely friendly. As a true HVAC expert, he diagnosed and troubleshot my system immediately, taking the time to explain everything in detail and patiently answer all of my questions.
This level of service is why I will always be a returning customer. I initially called other competitors who quoted me a wait time of a month and a half, but Fuse Hawaii Air Conditioning came out to help me just 30 minutes after I hung up the phone! Outstanding service from start to finish. Great job, Dennis and team!"
Denis and Oleg did a great job. They showed up on time, worked all day Friday and Saturday to finish the job as promised. They removed two 45 year old chillers and replaced with two new systems. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Also, they are very pleasant, nice guys.
Very responsive, quick, and professional. They were able to come out the same day, communicated clearly, charged a reasonable price, and did a great job. Highly recommend this company.
Dennis and Olek did a great job with replacing our central AC and completed the job in one day! We really appreciate all the care they put into their work and professionalism. Will recommend to our peers on the service they provided from start to finish.
