We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the City and County of Honolulu, the State of Hawaiʻi, the Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority, or any business, hotel, newsroom or venue mentioned on this site, unless we clearly say so.

Everything on this site — listings, hours, prices, events, deals, history and visitor tips — is provided for general information only, on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Details change often. Always confirm directly with the business or official source before you rely on them.

Surf, weather, wind, UV and ocean conditions are pulled automatically from third-party data services and may be delayed, estimated or wrong. They are not lifeguard or official warnings. Ocean conditions in Hawaiʻi can change quickly and can be deadly. Always swim near a lifeguard tower, obey posted signs and flags, and follow the National Weather Service and Honolulu Ocean Safety. Gas prices come from publicly reported data and may not match the price at the pump. News headlines and stories belong to their original publishers; we show them with a link back to the source and do not endorse their content. Live cams are embedded from YouTube and are owned and controlled by their channels — they may go offline at any time.

We link to and list third-party websites and businesses for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products, services, prices, privacy practices or conduct. Ratings and reviews shown on listings come from public sources and reflect the opinions of their authors, not ours. Any dealings you have with a business are solely between you and that business.
