Juan was fantastic! He responded within minutes of my inquiry and was very easy to coordinate drop off and pick up of the Jeep. He turned a somewhat stressful situation into the perfect Hawaiian rental experience. We decided to rent a vehicle on a whim however needed a car seat and Juan accommodated us. The Jeep was in pristine condition, brand new car seat, excellent family-friendly service. My family and I booked a jeep with the owner, Juan. From the beginning to end, the entire experience was perfect. Juan immediately sent me a quick message after I booked it noticing that I had 2 young children in my group and asked what type of child seats we needed. He was very flexible with the pickup and drop off location. I told him where I was staying and he had no problems meeting there, instead of us having to come to him. He even gave me directions to an alternate parking garage to park overnight (which was half the cost of the resorts overnight parking fee) The vehicle was extremely clean and was exactly what was advertised. It was also a huge plus that he didn't require us to wash it before we returned it to him. (Just fill up the gas tank and clean out the inside like its you're own vehicle) We will definitely be using Juan's services next time we are on the island!
