Kamaaina Locksmith

Our electronic door lock broke and needed to be replaced. Called Kama’aina Locksmith Company. For starters the phone was answered. We are very pleased and impressed with the service! Very professional, thorough in explaining how our new equipment works etc, and efficient. Aina was our technician and he was awesome. We highly recommend this company. One stop shop, they also got the new door lock for us, exactly what we needed/wanted. Kudos & Mahalo for a job well done.

If I could give 6 stars would give 6! Called and got a call back in 3 minutes. Got a copy made of my car key with easy scheduling the next morning. They charged me 2 keys for the price of a single key at other popular key places. I think dealership wanted $300+ for each key. City mill and 2 other key places couldn’t even cut this key (from 2007). Mobile van came to my address, and in about 20 minutes had 2 keys up and going to replace my only original. Friendly, fast, saved me time and money. Will always recommend to friends for key services!

I locked my keys in my car by accident and I didn’t realize it until it was time to go home . It was pouring rain and very windy Just miserable. I tried to get someone to help me, but it was an exercise in futility dealing with the company that I had for road assistance But then….Aina came and rescued me within a matter of minutes! I was so impressed! Other tow companies told me they couldn’t come because it was so busy and it was a holiday And it was busy trafficand they couldn’t be there till 8 o’clock which would’ve been four hours. Wait time, but I Called Kaimana and they were in there within 10 minutes. Aina Was very respectful, Very kind, Acknowledged that I was highly frustrated with my road Assistance (AAA) company.. He assessed the situation, got his tools together and unlocked my car. Lickety split! I can’t say enough about this company. It’s amazing.. I hope I never have to use another lockout situation but if I did, this is the company I would call!

Absolutely top notch service. Ben was prompt and extremely professional. I had stupidly locked my keys in the trunk. Triple A and other services all told me it was impossible and would require a tow to a dealership (made even more difficult because this was a holiday). Ben showed up and solved the problem in 10 minutes flat. Can’t recommend highly enough.
