Maid In Oahu

I do not recommend this company. The service has gotten much worse for higher prices. I hired them years ago and they sent 2 cleaners for 4 hours for a deep clean. I hired them again recently and they sent 1 person with limited supplies to clean for 2 hours and 45 minutes for a "deep clean". She tried to lie about how long she worked, claiming 3.5 hours. The screen that I paid extra for was not cleaned. The toilet was not cleaned. The stainless features in the bathroom were not cleaned. There were streaks all over the kitchen. The oven exterior was not cleaned. The microwave was not cleaned. The kitchen sink was not cleaned. Absolutely not what I expect for a deep clean service. When the cleaner arrived she had an attitude and seemed like she didn't want to do her job, arguing with the company on the phone. Arrival process was 30 minutes due to this. I regret hiring this company.

I’ve told many of my friends and family about the amazing job that they’ve done. Maid in Oahu has done an amazing job connecting me with Kelly! She honestly helped me so much and did such an amazing job. She was attentive to detail and honest about things that needed to be done. She taught me some tricks to keep things clean in the future. Kelly is a kind, respectful, and non-judgemental. Lets say the bathroom of the apartment was gross and she didn’t comment and just got to cleaning. I’ve never been so grateful to someone and for all her help. I could have cried with the amount of cleaning and help that she provided me the other day. The Maid in Oahu staff on the phone were great as well. I was running late due to major traffic and was freaking out trying to call them and tell them. When we got it all settled they called me just to check in with me and see if I was okay. I was in full panic mode trying to get there, but they re-assured me and help me calm down.

Booking online was super easy, and as a brand new client I appreciated their thoroughness in communication! The team was very professional on the phone in every interaction I had and responsive when we had to reschedule due to the storm. We booked a deep clean and they showed up on time, were polite, and did a wonderful job on our 2 bed/1.5 bath. We added on a refrigerator clean out and the whole job took them about 3.5 hours.

Easy to book with upfront pricing. Great service and communication. We’re very happy with our cleaning service and the team we had did an excellent job! They were very friendly and would definitely request them again!

Booked a move out cleaning. They did such an awesome job! Finished in a timely manner and cleaned every inch so meticulously. Will definitely book again in the future!
