Definitely the best pasta I’ve had this summer. It beats out some NYC restaurants on my list. The squid ink pasta was the star of the night, The sauce was amazing while the noodles were perfectly aldente and great flavor. For my pomodoro I’ll say that the tomato sauce was also flavorful. The noodles were aldente as-well, I do wish the pasta was fresher or handmade to go along with the sauce.
The service was great, we were offered free desert.
Would definitely come back to try more dishes next time.

The staff at the reception could speak Japanese, which made us feel very comfortable.
The beef tartare from the à la carte menu was absolutely delicious.
The mushroom risotto was also rich and full of flavor.
The sangria was perfect for sharing and tasted great as well.

I’ve always loved Taormina. Food and service always excellent, and very importantly, consistent! Today my wife and I brought our mother in law, who was visiting, to lunch. Mari was our server and she was great! Very interesting background and she is trilingual! Free parking with validation during lunch and Kama’aina discount too. Can’t go wrong. Definitely worth visiting and repeating. Happy patron for nearly 20 years! Thank you Mari and Taormina!
Gabe was our server and he was phenomenal! He went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable and his service was exceptional. the food was amazing as well. I would come here again.
Our reservation wasn’t available til about 25 min after our booking. Thankfully we were patient but this might not be ideal for some.
The girls at the front desk were very sweet and welcoming, they made me feel right at home.
Our server was very attentive but could have smiled a bit more… She didn’t seem happy to be there. She didn’t really converse or give any recommendations either while we were clearly taking time to decide on the menu, it was kind of odd.
Our food was pretty good. Not spectacular but good. I got the Bolonese Spaghetti. Plating and presentation was excellent. We finished with the trio dessert and it was a nice finish to the meal. The food came out in a timely manner. Restaurant had a cozy vibe.
They lose a star because the restroom was gross. Toilet and urinal were very dirty. I expect better at a fine dining establishment.
