A lovely building. Loved seeing the flags hanging outside. A must see for architecture buffs because of all of the wonderful details.

Save Koloa! This company is ruthless. No respect for Indigenous peoples, sacred sites, community or endangered species. Shameful!
This is a handsome building. Its structure will out stand time and Yes! I know the name and what comes with it. But I also heard of the men who took part in the building and the women who saw to it that they were cared for. This was the tallest built structure for miles at 1 time. I recall Uncle saying " at least it's not blocking out the view of the sky"! As I look around there are much taller buildings being built and we're Not going to be able to view? Uncle and many more did say " there goes waves, NOW how we going surf "? Uncle's name? Is Tom Gill, the nicest person you ever want to know.
Dropped the ball on the construction of Keola Lai. Missing cement boards in the bathrooms. Leaky walk-in showers. Thin wooden boards under kitchen counters. Cheap cabinetry with termites. Over-promised, under-deliver. Construction really poor - major rip off. Redeem themselves a bit with Waihonua. But no one really knows unless they do a renovation & contractors see where things were skimped off & missing. If you're going to buy an A&B unit, buy after construction so you won't get bamboozled & can see if there's quality or faux quality. A bit sad for a Hawaii company. Go with Howard Hughes instead.
Listen to the community. Exercise respect, compassion, and empathy. Remember that the people who live in the towns you develop are the reason you are able to do what you do in the first place.
