Working with Chad Kim was a pleasure from start to finish. His knowledge of the lending process was exceptional and he always took the time to answer questions and give us our options that best suited us. His expertise and dedication gave us peace of mind throughout the entire process.

I have a business account with CPB and use this branch almost exclusively. The bank itself is good, but this location has a large lobby with a Starbucks and Aloha Beer Co. There is a workspace with large tables which are great for impromptu meetings or if you just need to get some quick work done.

Horrible experience with this bank! They work like we in the 1960 Everything is so complicated you need to come always physically to the branch because they cannot do nothing remotely, Hello it’s 2026! They did mistakes and give me ridiculously stupid answers and never a solution. Glad I'm done with this bank! ** I want to point out that Mildred is the only one at this bank who actually helps and provides a solution! If you are opening an account there, I recommend contacting her because all the other employees there will waste your time! **

Friendly teller and the fast service. I think this is the only bank you do not need a deposit slip. That is the big plus when you are in a hurry. Friendliness is an extra, always keep the client first. Also it is good for foreigners to open an account, other banks are hard to open since they need the verification. As far as I know this is the only bank the foreigner can open easily.
