Perfect location. Easy access to the beach as it’s only a couple of blocks within walking distance. Shopping center with a variety of stores and food options located right across the road. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. WiFi drops out a lot if you are relying on this just be aware. The aircon in our room also stopped at point s throughout the night which was annoying. Rooms do not have any cutlery only basic extras. The shower pressure is amazing! Breakfast restaurant on site was delicious and fresh. We had a $25 drink credit in our package each day to use at the pool bar. Happy hour is on 3 times a day but little disappointed that there are no select cocktails included in that. Only beer wine and seltzer. Very good location and overall would stay again.

They were able to check me in earlier which is a bonus. The front desk personnel were excellent and greeted us with big smiles. The valet guys were super nice. The rooms aren't exactly the same configuration you see on the pictures. If you get a suite, it has a solid wood door that separates the living room area. The sofa has a pullout bed. The mattress was quite worn and you tend to roll towards the middle. The lighting is quite dim in the living room. The refrigerator is quite large for a hotel. We had to have building maintenance switch out the air conditioning filters as they were covered in dust. Parking will be sticker shock 4 days with all the taxes added about $243. The location was perfect.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Honolulu. We will definitely be back! Perfect Location The location is absolutely fantastic. It is situated directly across the street from the International Market Place and is just one parallel street away from the world-famous Waikiki Beach. You are close to everything you need—shopping, dining, and the ocean. Modern & Spacious Rooms Our room was located on the 17th floor (fun fact: there is no 13th floor!) and offered a partial ocean view. Because of the buildings in front, the view is slightly restricted, but this was explicitly stated during the booking process, so it was exactly what we expected. The room itself was spacious, modern, and very clean. It featured a nice balcony with seating and a laptop-sized in-room safe which was free of charge. Great Amenities & Beach Gear The amenities included in the resort fee are definitely worth it: * 3rd-Floor Pool: A lovely area to relax after a long day. * Beach Towels: Readily available for guests. * Beach Gear Rental: You can rent two beach chairs and an umbrella every day, which is incredibly convenient for a perfect day at the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Exceptional location, great comfort, and friendly service. We will gladly come back!
In real time, RIGHT NOW, the elevators are NOT WORKING. Sorry, I mean all but one elevator is down. But everytime the elevator stops at the 19th floor, its already packed so full, no one can enter. Since i've been here, not all 4 of the elevators have worked at all and it is extremely frustrating. When I called to ask for help, to have our food delivered to our room, because its impossible for me to do 19 floors of stairs with my 3 small children, I was yet to get a definitive answer on if the food could be delivered to the room. Its going on 2 hours. So at this point, the overpriced Waikiki food I ordered for my family of 4 will be cold. My concerns went on deaf ears, and blasting the hilton publicly is the best way I can currently vent my frustrations. I know its petty to leave this review, but the sarcastic "You can always stop by the front desk to voice your concerns" at the end of phone call i made to ask for assistance and possible solutions was literally the worst way to end a customer service call. Vent session over, back to wondering if the elevators are working, and if my kids are going to wait longer to eat cold overpriced food tonight from the Fire grill connected to the hotel. ****Update**** Management reached out and went above and beyond to rectify all of the above concerns. Extremely impressed with how the situation was handled and the professional mixed with the compassion of the female manager that was working around 9/10pm. Thank you for making it right, and you restored my faith in the Hilton brand.
I travel often for work and I am very picky about the hotels I stay at. Cleanliness is very important to me and this hotel was very clean. The room was clean and the hallways and common areas were always free of dirt and trash. I also liked that the location was directly across the street from the International Marketplace which had Target and tons of restaurants, shops and coffee places. Though not directly situated on the beach, it is a start walk to Waikiki Beach. Bus and trolley stops are right outside the front door which makes it super easy to hop on a bus or trolley to go and explore. The pool was on the small side but was well maintained and had loungers and umbrellas. I was able to easily find a lounger in the early afternoon. There is a full service bar where you can order drinks. (They don't have any pool service so you have to get your own drinks.) They do provide towels which are small and very thin. Not impressed at all! I suggest bringing your own beach towels or buying one at the ABC store. The store downstairs has fun souvenirs and also has a cafe with great happy hour deals. With the prices of drinks and food in Hawaii it's definitely worth checking out. The highlight of my trip was yoga in the morning with Phoenix. She is a beautiful soul who gently leads you into a slow and restorative flow. She teaches to all levels and her voice and demeanor causes you to relax immediately. You do need to register for the class. I didn't and yet she was so helpful in getting me registered. Don't miss her class!!! I will come back just for her.
