OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beach Resort

Just had the pleasure of staying in a brand new room at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort! Great location, nice to have Duke's Waikiki location right there as well. Best part was the great staff! Thank you Mae for handling my check in error with a smile! You made the stay extra special and stress free!

Pretty awesome location and the staff is amazing. Right near international marketplace and on the beach. Only major annoyance is it's been under construction for our visit last year and this year and it's a lot of mess. Our rooms this year were in the newly remodelled floors and they had shrunk the rooms a bit (or the layout is less well laid out) and removed a bunch of storage. No microwave so leftovers aren't really salvageable. No freezer so same with desserts.

Wall is too thin. I can hear the cars outside. Party and music from the street. I can hear the room above, below, and Nextdoor. No water station at lobby or checked in. No coffee shop. Nah. Not cheap enough to not have all the convenient store or shop in the hotel. Good location that’s it.

I have never had a bad experience here! The bartenders are all amazing! Rory, Dylan, and Billy are the best!!! I come back every year that I visit and they always treat me like family! We could hang out here all day!!! The food and drinks are AMAZING!!! But the service is TOP TIER!!!!! 1000% would recommend every time.

Rooms were layed out very strange. particularly the closet was only partially usable space because chest of drawers and safe took up half the closet. no other storage for clothing other than cubby by beds. Staff was extremely professional and always courteous. Went out of their way to make sure everything was ok especially the maids. Location is hectic but it is in the middle of a bustling downtown area that is walking distance to a multitude of stores and restaurants. excellent restaurants (Monkeypod) right inside the hotel with live music and entertainment most nights. There's an entrance to the boardwalk from hotel and has lots of monk seals visiting in the early mornings.
