Waikīkī Grand Hotel®

If you are looking for big luxury, that's not this place really. A lot of rooms are owned by people and I saw rooms that were simple and may need a little spiffing up and I saw some that were gorgeous. However the view on the ocean side looks right at Diamond head, Waikiki beach and the Zoo. The tenth floor has a outdoor area to sit and eat, socialize or just hang out...and what a view. If we go back, we will stay here again. The staff was super helpful and nice too.

We stayed here at an owners unit (Airbnb), & we were able to get parking in the hotel (paid) During our stay we were alerted by hotel staff that our vehicle lights had not turned off well after we had parked the car. This saved us from a costly repair/jump which would have been difficult in the secure garage. They are attentive, friendly and caring staff. Really appreciated their help.

Do not book your stay here. On top of our floor being positioned over an active night club (music blaring until 2 am), we had no one come to clean our room over two days or to restock supplies. Showered with cold water.

Absolutely perfect location! The condo had everything you could need! The deck had the most amazing views and I could sit out there every morning with coffee and admire it! Check in and parking were perfect! It’s so close to everything you could walk to for meals and shopping and a short drive to anything else! Clean and amazing!

Hotel is nice but in the middle of tourist'ville. Weekend parking is PITA unless you pay $30/night for hotel parking, but that has to be purchased in advance. Elevators were down during our visit. Luckily we were only on the 3rd floor. The 2nd floor has a nice bar inclusive to all with live music in the evenings.
