This hotel has exceeded all our expectations. The rooms are large and spacious. They are modern and very clean. We had a king sized bed, a table, a sofa bed, 2 balconies with table and chairs facing different directions, a large closet, and small fridge. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the lobby area is clean and free beach towels are plentiful. There is a $20 fee per towels if not returned. The location is perfect - 1 block off the beach and surrounded by shopping and restaurants. The tour trolly stop is right outside the front door. There is an ABC store and Starbucks in the lobby for quick stops. There is a really good coffee shop right outside the hotel as well.

Overall, an alright stay… Stayed in a very high floor, a bit scary with kids.. Nonetheless, amazing and beautiful views and breeze. Parking is between 65-80$ an astronomical absurd amount. I don’t think anything justifies this price.. self parking is $65 -its always full so you end up having to pay $10 more for Valet. How do they expect you to tip? The beach is across the street The pool is in the second/3rd floor. Pool towel vending machines all around.. ate at their pool restaurant, but I have a feeling the kitchen is not anywhere nearby because the food took a lot longer.. The Luau is in the pool floor area.. good show… but if you want something more traditional go elsewhere). Beautiful beach across the street, the zoo is also across the street, parks, walking areas, pier, etc. It is a big location with many walkable places. Think of it as living in any downtown area… try the Poke bowl place nearby on a corner & the Honolulu Cookies are a must! There needs to be more training and knowledge when receiving a reservation with The edit. The treatment is not there for this property to be part of The edit. Beds are definitely not a queen size, more like full. You also have an arcade which is good for the kids and laundry right above it on the second floor. They have activities daily to do at the hotel as well. Breakfast buffet was good every day. Staff was always attentive and good there.

No microwave Coffee machine not very good Towels are not replaced all the time Biggest problem I ended up with bug bites on my arms and legs . Every time, every morning I had at least one new bug bite. Bed sheets not changed. Staff very nice. They do need to explain how elevator works bcz u need to use the key card to get to your floor. Daily resort fee seems a lot for what is offered.

We had a wonderful 7-day stay at Waikiki Marriott Resort & Spa. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making our vacation very enjoyable. I would have rated our stay a 10/10. The only reason I did not give a perfect score was that during our last two nights, a large group of teenagers moved into the room next to ours. They were loud late at night, including playing music around 11 PM, which disrupted our sleep. The front desk responded promptly when I called and sent security to address the situation, which I appreciated. Aside from that issue, our experience was excellent. I would recommend that the hotel review quiet-hour policies with guests at check-in to help prevent similar situations in the future. Overall, we had a great stay and would gladly return.

We stayed ar rhis resort for our anniversary. The location was great, and our room was clean. We were greeted by Kainoa at the front desk. She was so nice. She had a letter and chocolates sent to our room to celebrate our special occasion. She also gave us recommendations on things to do and places to go. The staff members were friendly throughout the resort.
